1. You can make a reservation:

2. The reservation is confirmed after the payment of 20% of the deposit. We settle the rest of the amount on your arrival.
3. The hotel day starts at 3 p.m and ends at 11 a.m.
4. The check-in time is between 3 p.m and 10 p.m., and the check-out time is between 8 a.m. – 11 a.m.
5. The keys to the apartment will be delivered to you to the address of the venue, at a agreed time.
6. On arrival, a returnable deposit (200-400 PLN) is charged in case of damage. The deposit is returned by bank transfer up to 60 hours after departure, after checking the apartment.
7. A tourist tax (spa tax) of 4.4 PLN per night per person is collected in Kołobrzeg. You will receive information about the amount of the local tax in the booking confirmation.
8. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all our apartments! Smoking is allowed only on the balconies.
9. On request, upon prior arrangement, we provide a travel cot, a baby bath or a high chair.
10. You can take your pet to some of our appartaments – small additional fee applies Thank you for choosing our apartments.
