It is located only 350 meters away from the wide beach awarded with the Blue Flag – awarded to beaches that meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The estate is guarded in order to guarantee the residents the highest possible comfort and safety. The great advantage of the Polanki complex is its versatility – on the one hand, it is a quiet place, allows you to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city and contact with nature – but on the other hand – only 5 minutes is enough to get to the center of Kołobrzeg and enjoy the city’s attractions.
