The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a separate, stylish bedroom.
There is a double convertible sofa in the living room and a comfortable double bed in the bedroom.
Guests also have at their disposal a very spacious balcony running along the entire apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for self-catering. Towels and bed linen, a beach kit, and free Wi-Fi are available for guests.
Due to construction works in the neighborhood, you may be accompanied by sounds related to it. To compensate for these inconveniences, we have lowered the rental price.

Amber residential area is a newly created seaside estate. It is located only 800 meters from the Baltic Sea, close to the beautiful, historic Seaside Park, the Yacht Marina and the fishing port. There is a sports complex and the Millenium Aquapark nearby, as well as a municipal stadium and a salt spring in Kołobrzeg.
The center of Kołobrzeg is just 1.1 km away. There is a bicycle and walking path directly adjacent to the estate. Bicycles are a great way of getting around Kołobrzeg – the whole city has a very rich network of picturesque bicycle paths.
