It is intended to host 2 – 4 people. The apartment itself consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a separate bedroom. There is a double convertible sofa in the living room and a large and comfortable double bed in the bedroom. The apartment has a balcony with chairs and a table, overlooking the Park and the Regional Cultural Center.
It is fully equipped and completely self-sufficient. Towels and bed linen are available for guests, as well as free WIFI.
We have a twin apartment in the building – Solna 205 – located on the second floor.

The apartment building at Solna street was put into use in 2016. The building is modern, well located, has an elevator and an external closed parking lot. On the ground floor of the building there is a cafe, bistro bar, Sushi restaurant, and shops.
The location of the apartment is perfect for people who want to be close to the main attractions of the city – reaching the most popular places in Kołobrzeg takes no more than a 10-minute walk. The problem with parking does not exist here – it is so close to all the important places. This location is also appreciated by guests arriving by train.
